In what was a busy day for the club, Saturday saw the launch of the Harrow parkrun in Harrow Recreation ground.
139 runners turned out to participate in the event and first home was Danny Skeffington in a sprightly 17:51 with marathon runner Emily Antcliffe first lady in sixth spot and a time of 19:31.
Thanks to the team of volunteers who made this happen and special mention to run directors Kevin Concannon and Mike Lepps.
